Pro Club:

By applying for and participating in the Untamed Extension Co. Pro Club (“Pro Club”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before submitting your application or making purchases through your professional account. 

  1. Eligibility
    - Be a licensed cosmetologist or currently enrolled in a state-recognized cosmetology program.
    - Provide valid documentation, including license number and issuing state (or proof of enrollment for students).
    - Be at least 18 years of age. Untamed Extension Co. reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke access to the Pro Club at any time. 

  2. Pro Club Benefits
    Approved stylists will receive:

    - Access to exclusive pro pricing and offers.
    - Commission opportunities through our affiliate program.
    - Early access to product launches.
    - Education and marketing resources.

    Benefits may vary and are subject to change without notice. 

  3. Commission Program
    Commission tiers are based on monthly sales volume and tracked via your affiliate account. 


    - Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal or Venmo.
    - Commissions apply to qualifying client orders only.
    - Self-purchases may be excluded or capped at Untamed’s discretion. 

  4. Account Usage
    Pro Club accounts are for the approved stylist only.

    - Sharing login credentials or placing orders for unapproved stylists is prohibited.
    - Misuse may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the program. 

  5. Order Policies
    All orders are subject to Untamed’s general shipping, return, and exchange policies.

    - Stylists may choose to invoice clients or purchase upfront.
    - Orders may be shipped directly to salons or client addresses if requested. 

  6. Termination
    Untamed Extension Co. reserves the right to terminate a stylist’s Pro Club access for:

    - Providing false or misleading information.
    - Misusing discounts or commission structure.
    - Disrespectful or inappropriate conduct toward the brand or community.
     - Inactivity for over six months.

  7. Changes to Terms & Conditions
    These terms may be updated at any time. Stylists will be notified of major changes via email or their Pro dashboard. Continued participation in the Pro Club constitutes agreement to the revised terms. By submitting your application or continuing to use your Pro Club account, you agree to these terms and certify that all information provided is accurate and truthful. 

 

Stockist Program:

Welcome to the Untamed Extension Co. Stockist Program. We’re stoked to partner with salons that share our rebel spirit and commitment to excellence. This agreement outlines the terms that stockists must accept to participate. By joining, you’re agreeing to the following:

1. Minimum Buy-In

  • Stockist Program requires a minimum buy-in of $10,000 USD per order.
  • Higher-tier stockists may have access to additional perks at the $20,000+ level.
  • Orders must be paid in full before fulfillment begins. No exceptions.

2. Color Selection & Quantities

  • You may select from 40+ available colors.
  • Orders are customizable by color and length. Quantities per color must be submitted in your confirmed invoice.
  • All selections are final once payment is processed.

3. Turnaround Time & Shipping

  • Typical production and shipping times are 4–6 weeks, but delays can occur.
  • Shipping is billed separately and calculated based on weight, destination, and service.
  • We are not responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by your country.


4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of bulk orders, all sales are final.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be granted except in cases of manufacturer error or defect, which must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Approved replacements will be sent for defective hair only after product inspection.


5. Ethical Sourcing

  • We are committed to ethical sourcing and are currently undergoing third-party audits to verify compliance.
  • While our sourcing partners claim ethical practices, we do not market or guarantee 'ethically sourced' labels without proof. We value transparency over buzzwords.

6. Stockist Representation & Use of Brand

  • You may market yourself as an official Untamed Extension Co. Stockist.
  • You may use our branding materials, photography, and logos only as provided and may not alter brand assets.
  • All advertising must maintain brand integrity and align with our aesthetic. We reserve the right to request removal of any misaligned or misleading content.

7. Resale Restrictions

  • Stockists may only sell Untamed hair through their licensed salon.
  • No third-party resale (e.g. Amazon, eBay, online boutiques) is permitted.
  • Untamed Extension Co. reserves the right to revoke Stockist status for violations.

8. Education & Support

  • As a stockist, you may be eligible for:
  • Early access to new collections.
  • Exclusive stylist education opportunities.
  • Invite-only events, brand collabs, and marketing support.
  • Future priority for regional educator roles.

9. Termination

  • Untamed Extension Co. reserves the right to remove any stockist from the program at any time for:
  • Breach of terms.
  • Misuse of branding.
  • Behavior inconsistent with our values or public image.
  • Termination forfeits all rights to brand representation, promotional access, and stockist status.

10. Modifications

  • Terms are subject to change at any time. Continued participation signifies agreement to updated terms.
