We don’t mass stock rows of cookie-cutter hair. Why? Because we actually give a damn about quality, consistency, and setting you up for a flawless install every time. That means a lot of our hair is made to order, especially less common colors or textures.

We don’t over-promise. We don’t cut corners. We definitely don’t believe in rushing premium hair just to meet Amazon-level speed expectations.

Please allow 11–14 business days for production, not including shipping. Sometimes it’s faster, but that’s our safe window. We'd rather be upfront than have you scrambling to reschedule a client.

ONLY WASH WHEN NECESSARY
Extensions don’t receive natural oils from your scalp like your real hair does, so they stay clean longer, but they also dry out faster. Only wash when there’s visible buildup, heaviness, or oiliness.

Overwashing fades color, causes dryness, and drastically shortens the life of your wefts.
BRUSH THOROUGHLY BEFORE WASHING
This prevents tangling and breakage during the washing process. Start at the ends and work your way up using an extension-safe brush or wide-tooth comb.
USE THE RIGHT PRODUCTS

How long does Untamed hair last?
