We’re all about transparency—because we know stylists plan ahead, and your time is everything. That’s why we want to be super clear on how returns work.

🚫 Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges. These pieces are made just for you and can’t be restocked once they’re in production.

šŸ”„ Returns & Exchanges (Non-Custom Only)

If your item isn’t a custom order and you need to return or exchange it, no problem—as long as:

1. It’s in resellable condition (still tied, unbrushed, uninstalled, and untouched)

2. You reach out within 30 days of receiving your order

We’re a small business, so we can’t take back anything that can’t be resold. If we can’t confidently pass it along to another stylist in brand new condition, we won’t be able to accept the return.
